Cancellation Policy
1. The customized product cannot be returned or canceled.
2. The non-customized product order can be canceled before it goes for packaging.
Refund Policy
1. In the case of a customized product, the owner shall not provide any refund.
2. In the case of non-customized products, the refund will be initiated within 4 to 5 working days.
Shipment Policy
1. For shipment we are using DTDC.
2. For delivery it will take a minimum of 2 days and a maximum of 6 days of delivery time.
