The Owner is engaged in the business of selling various Electronic Products related to Elevator/Lift like lift control panels, lift operating panels, Harness, rescue devices, power backup devices, Audio announcement devices, lanterns, Alarms, Fire SW and Other Accessories and allied services. The purpose of the website is to sell Elevator-related various electronic products like the type of lift operating panels, Harnesses, rescue devices, power backup devices, Audio announcement devices, lanterns, Alarms, Fire SW, and other Accessories.
By accessing the website, the Visitor or Registered User [Refer to definitions c and d respectively] agrees to abide by and be bound by the Terms and Conditions of the website. The Terms and Conditions contained herein along with the Privacy Policy form an Agreement regulating our relationship with regard to the use of the website by the Visitor or Registered User. The Visitor or Registered User is advised to please read this Agreement [Refer to definition a] carefully. By signing in or logging on to the website the Visitors/Registered User accepts the terms and conditions and by default and agrees to follow the same. These Terms and Conditions constitute a binding legal agreement between the Owner and Visitor or Registered User/s and govern legal rights, remedies, obligations, and various other terms like limitations, jurisdiction, applicable law, etc.
The website allows a Visitor or Registered User to visit or login into the website wherein the owner allows the Visitor or Registered User to view various electronic products related to the Elevator/Lift such as operating panels, control panels, Landing Operating Panel (LOP), Car Operating Panel (COP), accessories, etc., product prices, availability of the products in the specific locality.
The Agreement between the Visitor or Registered User and the website shall be subject to the following Terms and Conditions: -

The terms wherever used shall unless contrary, carry the meaning as given under:
a) Agreement” means the Terms and Conditions contained herein along with the Privacy Policy of the website. It shall also include reference to this Agreement as and when amended, novated, supplemented varied, or replaced.
b) “Visitor” means and includes any person who visits the website to see the various products and services available and/or displayed and has registered and created a profile on the website.
c) “Registered User” means and includes any person or entity who is registered on the website through a valid email address (where he/she/they gets an account verification email).
2. Eligibility, Registration, and Termination:
The website can be accessed by visiting https://inditechonline.com/. The website can be used/accessed only by companies, and organizations who can form a legally binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, of 1872.
In order for a visitor to purchase the products displayed on the website and to avail of allied services by paying 100% advance via digital payment gateways, he/she/they have to become a Registered User. For a visitor to become a Registered User he/she/they have to first register by clicking the profile tab and thereafter on the Register tab on the homepage which will redirect the visitor to the Sign-Up page. On the Sign-up page, the Visitor has to provide details like Name, Email (wherein the owner will send an activation link), Mobile Number, and Password. The Visitor also has the option to sign up using their Facebook or Google account. After the registration process, the Visitor shall become a Registered User.
The Registered User agrees that the Information provided by him/her/them at the time of registration is true, complete, and correct. If the Information details are found not to be true (wholly or partly), the Owner has the right in its sole discretion to reject the registration and debar the Registered User from using the Services of the website without prior intimation whatsoever.
The owner reserves the right at its sole discretion to terminate, refuse, restrict, or suspend any Registered User’s account at any time, for any reason, without notice, including when a Registered User fails to abide by these Terms and Conditions, or any other policy or terms posted anywhere on the website.
The Owner reserves the right at its sole discretion to terminate, refuse, restrict, or suspend any Registered User’s account at any time if any Registered User -
a) uploads pornographic content/ comments/photos/videos/audio/files/links/slideshow/gifs on the website.
b) uploads any detrimental or offensive content comments/photos/videos/audio/files/links/slideshow/gif or offensive comments/photos/videos/audio/files/links/slideshow/gifs pertaining to religion on the website.
c) Creates fake accounts.
d) Any content that promotes or incites violence, terrorism, illegal acts, or hatred on the grounds of race, ethnicity, cultural identity, religious belief, disability, gender, identity, or sexual orientation, or is otherwise objectionable.
The Registered User may be prohibited from creating a new account if he/she/they has/have been previously terminated as per the above-mentioned circumstances or for any other reason whatsoever objectionable by the Owner. If any Registered User misuses the details of any other Registered User, then the Owner reserves the right at its sole discretion to terminate that Registered User account and the owner reserves the right at its sole discretion to initiate appropriate legal action against the Registered User(s).
3. Purchase Of Products:
After registration, the Registered User who wishes to purchase the products, can either add those product/s to their Wishlist by clicking on the ‘Wishlist Tab’ to buy it later or directly buy the product/s by adding that product/s by clicking on the ‘Add to Bag Tab’ or can check whether the product is available for delivery in the Registered User’s address by adding the Pin in the ‘Delivery Options Tab’ and clicking the Check tab. Once the product/s are added to the Bag the Registered User has the option to apply a coupon code if it is available with the Registered User if not the Registered User has to click on the ‘Continue Tab’ which will direct the Registered User to the payment gateway wherein the Registered User can make the payment by selecting appropriate payment methods such as Debit/Credit Card, Net Banking, UPI, etc., Website uses secured webpage and appropriate payment gateways.
4. Facilities For Visitors:
The facilities for visitors are as follows-

5. Facilities For Registered Users:

6. Use Of Contents and Restrictions on Registered User:

12. Warranty And Indemnification:

If in case the payment is failed and the money is debited from the Registered User’s account, then the Owner of the website shall not be held responsible. The Registered User agrees to always indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Owner from any suits, claims, losses, fines, penalties, damages, liabilities, demands, and expenses including, but not limited to, reasonable legal expenses and accounting fees arising out of and/or in connection with any violation and/or act and/or omission committed and/or alleged to be committed by the Registered User.
13. Refund Policy and:
a. In the case of customized products, the Owner shall not provide any refund.
b. In the case of non-customized products, the refund will be initiated within 4 to 5 working days.
14. Return and Cancellation Policy
a. The customized product cannot be returned.
b. The non-customized product order can be canceled before it goes for packaging.
15. Replacement Policy
a. The Owner shall replace the product/s only in case of manufacturing defect and only if the Registered User reports the said defects within 15 days from the receipt of the product/s. After a period of 15 days has lapsed, the Owner shall repair the defective product and send it back to the Registered User. In case the product/s has any manufacturing, then, in that case, the Registered User can raise a request first by clicking on the ‘Contact Us tab on the homepage which will direct the Registered User to another page. On the redirected page the Registered User can click on the ‘Request Return’ tab from the Orders tab. Thereafter, the Registered User has to fill in the “Request return’ form by entering the predefined details.
The Visitor or Registered User agrees that the information provided by him/her/them in the ‘Contact Us Tab’ is true, complete, and correct. If the information/details are found not to be true (wholly or partly), or the request is not found to be genuine then the Owner has the right in its sole discretion to initiate appropriate legal proceedings against such Visitor or Registered User.
16. Intellectual Property Rights:
The Visitor and Registered User acknowledge and accept that unless otherwise expressly stated, all the content on the website including, but not limited to, images, graphics, photos, sounds, Case studies, Research, music, videos, software, script, trade names, trademarks, logos, labels, designs, service marks and/or any other proprietary marks are either owned by the Owner or licensed thereto. In the ‘Account Settings Tab’, the Registered User can manage and edit the Registered User's personal information and manage address. In the ‘Personal Information Tab,’ the Registered User can update/edit details like Name, gender, Email Address, and Mobile Number. After entering the aforesaid details, the Registered User shall click on the ‘Save Tab’ in order to update the aforesaid personal information. In the ‘Manage Address Tab,’ the Registered User can update/edit details like address, landmark, city, state, pin code, and country. After entering the aforesaid details, the Registered User shall click on the ‘Save Tab’ in order to update the aforesaid information.
18. Contact Us Tab:
Any Visitor or Registered User can use the ‘Contact Us Tab’ to contact the owner of the website by entering details like full name, mobile number, and e-mail ID, and has the option to leave a message. The Visitor or Registered User agrees that the information provided by him/her/them in the ‘Contact Us Tab’ is true, complete, and correct. If the information/details are found not to be true (wholly or partly), or the request is not found to be genuine then the Owner has the right in its sole discretion to initiate appropriate legal proceedings against such Visitor or Registered User. After filing the predefined information, the authorized representative of the owner will get in touch with the Visitor or Registered User.
